Collections

CPS has a comprehensive & thorough collection system for checks of any age, balance and return reason. 

Primary checks require a firm but customer-centric approach to maximize sales and maintain positive customer relations. Checks that remain unpaid after primary collection efforts are exhausted require a more intensive and expansive collection effort. 

NACHA rules allow checks to be redeposited for collection which is an efficient and timely process. 

Effective customer communication maximizes recoveries at any collection stage. CPS communicates though first class and certified letters that don’t appear as bulk mailings. Telephone calls, emails and SMS messaging is also r used appropriately.
